…e flow Bound WAL growth without making checkpointing part of high-frequency hook writes by running a shared `TursoDb::passive_checkpoint()` operation once after successful post-commit Agent Trace persistence. Checkpoint failures are logged as warnings and remain fail-open, while focused database and hook lifecycle tests cover the behavior and durable context documents the maintenance boundary.
