Removing this block leaves the lockfile inconsistent with the pnpm.overrides entry still present in package.json. With pnpm 10.28.1, pnpm install --frozen-lockfile --ignore-scripts now exits with ERR_PNPM_LOCKFILE_CONFIG_MISMATCH; pnpm help install documents that this option fails when a lockfile update is needed. This blocks the install steps in both .github/workflows/publish.yml and .github/workflows/changeset-bot.yml, so regenerate the lockfile while preserving the manifest override.
