I build AI products and write the code alongside engineering, so what I spec is what ships.

Most of my work is hands-on: agents that hold memory across sessions, retrieval over data that can't leave the building, and verifiers that catch a model being confidently wrong. I maintain Holt, an open-source local-first personal AI OS.

What I work on

• AI agents: multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, MCP servers, background and scheduled agents
• Memory: vector recall, distilled facts, knowledge graphs over code and notes
• Retrieval: local embeddings, self-hosted vector stores, RAG for regulated data that can't hit a cloud API
• Evals: deterministic verifiers and faithfulness checks. "Looks right" isn't a metric.
• Local-first LLMs: Ollama and on-device inference under real memory limits
• Generation pipelines: voice cloning and programmatic video, script to render, unattended
• Product: 0 to 1 AI features in fintech, across insurance, payments, and a Microsoft Copilot embed

Building now

• local-rag-companion - self-hostable RAG for companies that can't send data to a third-party API. OpenAI-compatible wire format, so existing tooling works by swapping the base URL. v0.1: gateway, pgvector and Qdrant stores, tenant isolation, a hash-chained audit log, per-key rate limiting, 452 tests. The Ollama path is verified end to end against a real server, and CI runs the suite on three Python versions plus a live Postgres and Qdrant on every push. The full Docker stack has not been brought up, current status here.

About me

10 years in product. Senior Principal PM at MoneyLion (acquired by Gen Digital), running a $9.6M ARR business unit and shipping the Microsoft Copilot embed beta. Before that I founded CoolHax Labs and shipped 100+ products, and earlier built Vehicle Score at Exelinserv (15K+ customers) and Share-D, Odisha's first co-working space. Computer science engineering degree, and I still write code most days.
