Backport the GTK4/Wingpanel 9 port and its GridView prerequisites. The packaged release requires the old wingpanel API, while the current Wingpanel package only provides wingpanel-9. Use GTK4, Granite 7 and libadwaita dependencies for the port. elementary/applications-menu#645
