Adds a DeepSeek row (
DEEPSEEK_API_KEY) to the provider-key tables in README.md, DOCS.md and llms-full.txt.It also adds a pinning test showing the log redactor already masks
DEEPSEEK_API_KEY._secret_valuesmatches the_API_KEYsuffix, so no code change is needed.Merge after the CLI-pin PR moves the action to evalshift CLI ≥ 1.2.0 (evalshift/evalshift-cli#22). Older pins can't run DeepSeek tool evals.
