Bind the packaged agent guidance and eval oracle to the reviewed-realization Service release so fresh agents do not keep treating twenty-six realized Case Chat surfaces as current gaps. Recompute the unpublished 0.2.1 plugin digest against the unchanged CLI input.
Name the Case Chat fixture as a repository eval oracle rather than implying it ships inside the plugin. Rebind the unpublished 0.2.1 digest to the resulting exact package bytes.
Keep the predecessor release explicitly historical, link the installed Policy guidance to pinned Service evidence, and bind the Case eval wording to its exact fixture. Recompute the unpublished package digest after the packaged reference change.
Name the exact earlier Skills source and derive current releases from shared constants so archived and mutable CLI projections cannot drift together.
