- Change fpltool extract defaults to all but "ros" and "cam"
- Fix spurious and confusing "Extracting to ...bag" info message that was output even if no bag extraction was selected
- Handle VideoDecoder init fail and abort extraction
- Make mapping /dev/dri into container optional in fpsdk.sh
