Increasing Data Model RF/t Usage

Hello,

I've been working on creating a new data model for my world that has a high RF/t requirement. I am hoping to set it at around 256,000 RF/t. However, I am unable to get the data model to pull more than 25,600 RF/t. I changed the JAR file for the simulation chamber to allow for this increase in power, but it is still not working. I have attached pictures of the config file, JAR file, and in-game displays.

I've skimmed through pretty much every file in the mod and have been unable to find anything capping the data models at 25,600 RF/t. If anyone could help me, that would be greatly appreciated.

I also attempted to increase the simulation chamber's energy capacity from 2,000,000 RF to 20,000,000 RF, but it did not work. The mod file saved successfully, but it does not show that change in-game, even in a new world. Specifically, the file I have been changing is DMLConstants.Class

I also just added the config for my data model directly into the mod. This did not work either.
