#1 (CRITICAL) — Every CI workflow still exports the OLD env-var names; every app now requires the NEW ones with no fallback

.env.sample, README.md, and all app code were migrated from DITTO_APP_ID/DITTO_PLAYGROUND_TOKEN/DITTO_AUTH_URL/DITTO_WEBSOCKET_URL to DITTO_DATABASE_ID/DITTO_DEVELOPMENT_TOKEN/DITTO_SERVER_URL, but none of the .github/workflows/*-ci.yml files (nor update-sdk-versions.yml) were touched by this PR — they still write the old names into .env. Confirmed this actually breaks each platform, not just cosmetically:

• cpp-tui: scripts/generate_env.awk emits #defines verbatim from .env keys → main.cpp references DITTO_DATABASE_ID/DITTO_DEVELOPMENT_TOKEN/DITTO_SERVER_URL, which won't exist → compile error.
• android-java / android-kotlin: build.gradle.kts throws GradleException for each required var missing from .env.
• dotnet-tui Program.cs: env["DITTO_DATABASE_ID"] (indexer, not TryGetValue) → KeyNotFoundException at runtime.
• java-server: DittoSecretsConfiguration is code-generated at build time from whatever keys exist in .env (quickstart-conventions.gradle.kts) — with old keys in CI, DittoService.java's references to DittoSecretsConfiguration.DITTO_DATABASE_ID etc. won't compile.
• Same pattern applies to the remaining workflows (dotnet-maui/winforms/winforms-net48, flutter, javascript-{web,tui}, kotlin-multiplatform, react-native{,-expo}, rust-tui, swift).

This is effectively every CI pipeline in the repo. Since no workflow file is part of this diff, I can't leave this inline — flagging as a general comment.

#7 (informational) — go-tui/go.mod left on ditto-go-sdk/v5 v5.0.0-go-preview.3 while every other platform bumped to 5.1.0

go-tui/go.mod is untouched by this PR: github.com/getditto/ditto-go-sdk/v5 v5.0.0-go-preview.3 still points at the old preview release, unlike every other platform manifest in this PR (all consistently at 5.1.0). Can you confirm this is expected (Go SDK preview release cadence lag) rather than a missed bump? Not anchorable inline since the file has no diff here.

#3 (CRITICAL) — dotnet-winforms/IntegrationTest/IntegrationTest.csproj still pins Ditto Version="5.0.0"

This PR bumped the sibling dotnet-winforms/TasksApp/DittoTasksApp.csproj to 5.1.0 and rewrote the shared, linked TasksApp/TasksPeer.cs (which IntegrationTest.csproj compiles directly via <Compile Include="..\TasksApp\TasksPeer.cs" ...>) to call the new 3-arg TasksPeer.Create(databaseId, developmentToken, serverUrl). SDK 5.0.0 doesn't have that signature, so this project fails to build.
