What: AGENTS.md at a third: 1228 → 515 words. CLAUDE.md 30 → 3 (the @AGENTS.md import alone).

Why: one lane of the family-wide AGENTS.md slim-down. A rulebook for an agent on a checkout keeps every verb, path, env var, log line and test file, and drops the argument for each rule. The workshop's own slim-down PR is not open yet.

Watch out
