• Split shouldGeneratePressTransparencyJsonReportsFull/shouldGenerateTransparencyJsonReportsFull into separate FULL and DELTA test cases, so both listType variants (SJP_PRESS_LIST/SJP_DELTA_PRESS_LIST and SJP_PUBLIC_LIST/SJP_DELTA_PUBLIC_LIST) introduced by the delta-vs-full CaTH rendering fix are covered.
• Extracted the shared setup/assertion logic in each class into a private helper (verifyGeneratePressTransparencyJsonReport / verifyGenerateTransparencyJsonReport) parameterized by requestType and the expected listType, to avoid duplicating the test body across the two cases.

Test plan

• Both classes compile cleanly
• PressTransparencyReportIT and TransparencyReportIT pass against the local docker stack
