Bump hud to 0.6.18.dev1 for a development release from latest main (3123587). The source distribution and wheel both build successfully with uv build. After merge, run Pre-release on main and publish the exact validated commit as a GitHub prerelease.

Bumps the HUD SDK package version from 0.6.17 to 0.6.18.dev1 in
