What does this PR do?
Switches the two Discord links in
README.mdand the new-issue chooser tohttps://discord.gg/QFTD6tr9zu, which opens in#start-hereand matches www.humanbound.ai. The previous invite works but lands in#general.Nothing is broken here, so this is the least urgent of the five. It is included so the invite is consistent across the org.
