feat: unify Web and New Tab launcher semantics

Summary

• define a shared Launcher ranking contract in @dockmark/core, including explicit collection result type and canonical source order: Open tab > Workspace > Session > Collection > Bookmark > Navigation > Search
• make Web Launcher use token-aware match scoring for tabs, Workspaces, Sessions, Collections and bookmarks
• align Web Session/Workspace search with New Tab by indexing internal item titles and URLs
• align keyboard semantics: arrows, Enter, Tab-to-accept bang, Shift/Cmd/Ctrl+Enter new-tab behavior, / focus and Esc clear/blur
• add a final additive newtab-parity.js layer instead of rewriting the stable local-first search/cache stack
• add real Chromium parity smoke for canonical ordering, human-readable result labels, Workspace item search and Esc behavior
• release Extension 1.5.3 so New Tab parity changes are actually distributed

Safety / scope

• no changes to browser bookmark sync, reviewed writeback, device pairing, D1, Session restore implementation, or local snapshot persistence
• New Tab parity is an additive final ranking/presentation layer over the existing base/library/UX stack

Validation required before merge

• extension version alignment at 1.5.3
• Web/core TypeScript build succeeds with the new collection source
• Chromium standard smoke green
• existing New Tab offline + UX smoke green
• new New Tab parity smoke green
• Firefox package green
• after merge, verify Extension Release creates v1.5.3 and all four ZIP assets
