Summary

  • make the Workspace secondary navigation sticky below the private utility bar
  • prevent medium-width navigation clipping by letting both nav rows scroll internally without widening the document
  • hide secondary brand text on tablet widths and dedicate the full secondary bar to navigation on phones
  • align internal sticky sidebars/forms below both sticky navigation rows
  • improve mobile Launcher heading, command footer and result-row spacing
  • add Chromium layout smoke coverage for 1280 / 900 / 720 / 390px

Responsive contract

  • primary utility bar: sticky at top: 0, height 46px
  • Workspace secondary bar: sticky at top: 46px, height 64px
  • document/body must not gain horizontal overflow
  • phone navigation may overflow only inside its own horizontally scrollable nav container

Validation

  • typecheck / build / Cloudflare dry-run
  • Cloudflare Workers Preview
  • Chromium Web responsive shell smoke
  • existing Chromium Extension + New Tab smoke
  • Firefox package validation

No Extension behavior or release version changes.
