The tutorials are currently based around the xrp-escrow plugin and LPI v1, both of which are now deprecated. We should rethink these tutorials, presenting the latest thinking - the shop and the client would both connect to one of the testnet (or main net) connectors (e.g. Amundsen), and we could maybe print the BTP transfer log to explain the hashlock concept, etc.
