Adds a general acceptance story for screenshots as clipboard-like input.
The story makes automatic OCR the invariant while preserving the original screenshot as canonical evidence. OCR text is provenance-linked derived state, searchable/copyable by frontends, with Grease responsible for invoking a replaceable OCR engine.
Includes deterministic fixture expectations for ordinary UI text, mixed content, Unicode, and OCR failure.
