Name XItemCompare for what it orders rather than compare: a type of that name
in the global namespace is found by ordinary lookup wherever any library calls
an unqualified compare(a, b), and finding a *type* suppresses ADL, so a hidden
friend the library meant to be found never is. {fmt} 10 has exactly such a
friend on its bigint, and the global name turned its own calls into constructor
calls on this struct.
