Python developer from Belo Horizonte, Brazil, building automation that talks to systems that were never meant to be automated.
I work at the Court of Accounts of the State of Minas Gerais (TCE-MG) and, on the side, contribute to open source projects around public data, scraping and distributed workers.
Automation is my thing: if a process runs through a browser, a portal or a spreadsheet, I've probably automated something like it, from headless-browser fleets and captchas to certificate signing and task queues.
- Web scraping and anti-bot: Selenium and Scrapy crawlers, Cloudflare/WAF challenges, captchas, session reuse, 2FA flows.
- Distributed workers: Celery + RabbitMQ + Redis, horizontal scaling of browser workers, per-task watchdogs, zero-loss deploy draining.
- Backend and APIs: FastAPI, SQLAlchemy/Alembic, PostgreSQL, multi-tenant SaaS, RBAC and 2FA.
- Digital signatures: PAdES and ICP-Brasil certificates.
- Data and AI: pandas, LLM-assisted document handling. I hold a postgraduate degree in Data Science (UNI-BH) and a degree in Business Administration (FUMEC).
Always happy to talk about scraping hard-to-reach public data, Brazilian court systems, or keeping Celery workers honest.
