Redesigns the homepage and related pages with a quieter editorial layout: centered content, hairline panel cards, updated typography (Fontsource stacks), and shared chrome across the landing page, open letter, and CTA routes.

• New section nav (mobile “On this page” via SectionNav)
• Quote and signatory ticker layout/scroll fixes; logo lazy-load fix on signatory cards
• Theme toggle visibility fix on CTA pages
• Open letter and CTA aligned with the landing design system
• i18n: added toc_* keys for section nav; removed unused footer/share/contact keys
• Fontsource packages added for locale-aware font loading

Test plan

Verified locally: homepage, open letter, CTA, light/dark, mobile, and npm run build.

• Homepage renders correctly in light and dark mode
• Open letter and CTA pages match the new layout/chrome
• Quote and signatory tickers auto-scroll; pause on hover/focus
• Mobile section nav (“On this page”) works
• RTL layout checked (e.g. Arabic)
• npm run build succeeds locally

Notes

• toc_* strings were added across all locales; native-speaker review welcome where phrasing can be improved.
• FAQ page received only minor a11y tweaks, not a full visual pass.
