"1G2 TP2" now reads "1G2 TD1 TP2", so the selected planning shows which TD it belongs to. IDs and URLs do not change. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

TP entries now name their TD, so "1G2 TP2" reads "1G2 TD1 TP2". A student asked for this, because the selected-planning badge showed only "1G2 TP2".
This follows #218. The generator adds the TD only when the parent folder's name has a TD number:
IDs and URLs do not change, so saved plannings keep working. Lint, typecheck and unit tests pass.
