Resolves 2 critical Dependabot alerts: simple-git GHSA-r275-fr43-pm7q (RCE via blockUnsafeOperationsPlugin bypass, direct devDep 3.24.0->3.36.0) and form-data GHSA-fjxv-7rqg-78g4 (unsafe random boundary, transitive via jsdom, forced to 4.0.4 via overrides). Verified in lock.
