- Go to Plugins > Add New in your WordPress dashboard.
- Search for Dermatriq.
- Click Install Now and then Activate.
- Access the new Dermatriq menu in the sidebar to configure clinic settings.
- Download the latest release from the WordPress.org Plugin Directory or clone this repository:

- Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
- Complete the initial setup wizard under Dermatriq > Settings.
Dermatriq is fully localized and prepared for international clinical deployment.
- The master translation template file is located at
languages/dermatriq.pot. - Compatible with translation tools such as Poedit, Loco Translate, and WPML.
- QR Verification Service: Dermatriq optionally uses
api.qrserver.comto render dynamic QR verification codes for physical ID cards and invoices. Only tokenized public verification URLs and dimensions are sent. No private patient health information or contact details are ever transmitted externally. - Data Ownership: All clinical records, consultations, prescriptions, and financial data reside exclusively in your local WordPress database.
