Resolve conflict in conf/docker/conf/mc-iam-manager/permission.yaml by keeping the develop version: it already grants mcworkflows/mceventlistener (m-cmp#199) and aligns all menu ids with webconsole_menu_resources.yaml. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
