My focus is owning the POC process end-to-end and writing the last mile of code that turns a successful evaluation into a repeatable production rollout.

Most of what I build starts as a blocker in someone else's environment: a migration that won't finish, a compliance report that doesn't exist, a recovery workflow that has to be proven before a contract gets signed. The code in the repo below is what came out of those engagements.
