G2.5-A2: read-only stimulus eligibility discovery

Status

G2.5-A2 is CODE/CI READY and PHYSICAL-A2 PENDING. It is a read-only diagnostic gate stacked on the frozen G2.5-A/A1 candidate 547fd5be3e73a07e3a4b4b84984a08373b08207b.

It exists because the first physical A1 run proved dchg-only activation/cleanup but observed zero transition across the original 8 members, so the physical stimulus was not yet proven to touch the qualified envelope.

Contract

• identity-compatible InformationReportProven profile required;
• one isolated MMS association;
• live discovery only, report-attribute probing disabled;
• bounded ST/stVal candidate selection, max 24;
• fast lane max 8 candidates, ranked toward live ControlStatusReference, XCBR/CSWI/XSWI Pos.stVal, breaker command-received and related GGIO status points;
• operator must wait for G2.5-A2 READY — READ ONLY before one safe stimulus;
• secondary candidates are swept periodically;
• after first observed transition, a 3-second settle window classifies persistent/latched vs momentary/pulse-like behavior;
• output ranks stimulus-responsive MMS candidates for later narrow A3 dchg qualification.

Safety

A2 performs zero RCB/DataSet mutation:

• no RCB attribute read/write;
• no RptEna/Resv/DatSet/TrgOps/OptFlds mutation;
• no GI;
• no Define/DeleteNamedVariableList;
• no report monitor;
• no profile save/advance;
• no ProductionEligible change;
• production automatic dynamic reporting remains OFF.
