Adds a Korean translation file and matching flag icon, following the procedure in CONTRIBUTING.md. 532 of 672 keys are translated. Intentionally left in English: model architecture names, server setting key names, and extension parameter labels ([DT], [FreeU] etc.) - translating those would make them harder to match against the docs and settings files.
