MakeCode not loaded error dialog triggered even though it has loaded

Observations

ml-trainer version: v1.3.1

The log seems to suggest that MakeCode has loaded, so I wondered if the tool has prematurely decided that MakeCode is not going to load. This doesn't seem to be the case since the user waited a while for MakeCode to load and for the dialog to appear.

Refreshed the page, it was in "testing model" page so the refresh reloaded that page, and it worked that time.
