ui-patterns: make the error page's support link optional - #148

Deployments without a support site (open source builds of the apps) have nothing to link to, and pointing them at the Foundation's would send its support team requests about other people's deployments. With no supportUrl the page omits the support sentence, as the apps' help menus already do.
