Describe the bug
I deployed a new version of CodeApp to production and multiple users were unable to access the application. They were seeing this message on the webpage "It looks like the webpage at xxxxxx.xx.environment.api.powerplatformusercontent.com/powerapps/appruntime/…/index.html might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."
Am not sure what caused the issue. But it happened when I deployed a new version. So many users reported it. They hard refreshed which fixed the issue, but it seems something happens when a new version is deployed.
Steps to Reproduce
- Publish a code app from VS code
- Export/Import the solution from Dev -> UAT -> Prod
Expected behavior
The Application should just load, so users can refresh to get the latest version.
Actual behavior
When a new version is deployed, users occasionally report not being able to access the application.
Screenshots or Error Messages
Environment information
- Framework, build tool or relevant package used: [React,Vite]
- Any connection/components: [Office365, Dataverse, O365 Group, Instant Flows]
