Tabs should be used for alternate views of the same data, not for separate pages1. We need to move from tabs to some sort of title bar/"app bar"2, while maintaining the 1-click distance between any 2 pages (although after careful consideration we may find that 1-click between "mission" and "roles" is not necessary, as possible with other combos as well).
