Document error messaging in README

Somewhat related to #2, there's currently no documentation for what kind of errors can be returned by the validator. This will be particularly helpful to developers who are trying to validate their badges, or to the creators of validation tools who are trying to make their tools developer-friendly.

Even if we just say "take a look at the tests" or something, we ought to point readers somewhere, I think.
