Create: Atomic adds Nuclear Reactors and related nuclear content to Minecraft via the Create mod ecosystem.
- Uranium Ore - spawns in stone and deepslate variants, requires iron-tier pickaxe
- Raw Uranium / Uranium Ingot / Uranium Nugget
- Refined Uranium Ingot / Refined Uranium Nugget - processed form used in reactor fuel
- Dense Alloy / Dense Alloy Nugget - heavy shielding material
- Plutonium Ingot / Plutonium Nugget - byproduct of reactor operation

- Reactor Casing - multi-block structure that forms the reactor body
- Rod Assembly - placed on top of the casing; accepts one rod at a time
- Reactor Redstone Interface - attaches to the casing side; arms/SCRAMs the reactor via redstone
- Steam Turbine - bolts to the reactor face; converts reactor heat into Rotational Force (16 SU/RPM by default)

A passive heat source that slowly decays through three states: Kindled --> Smouldering --> Inert. Decay is random with an average of 2 real-world days per step (configurable).
Left behind after a meltdown. Emits radiation. Requires a diamond pickaxe to mine and takes roughly 8× as long to break as obsidian.
- Build a multi-block of Reactor Casings (any rectangular prism shape).
- Place Rod Assemblies on top of the casing to create rod slots.
- Insert rods into the assemblies by right-clicking with a rod item.
- Attach a Reactor Redstone Interface to the side of the casing and send it a redstone signal to arm the reactor.
- The reactor activates when effective power exceeds hull capacity.
- Pump water into the casing to keep it cooled - the reactor consumes water while running.
- Bolt Steam Turbines to the reactor face to generate rotational force.
- Use a Mechanical Arm to automate swapping depleted rods for fresh ones.
Adjacency: Fuel rods and Neutron Reflectors boost neighboring fuel rods. Each adjacent rod with an adjacency bonus increases a fuel rod's effective power by that bonus (+50% per neighbor by default).
Hull Integrity: If net power (effective fuel − control) exceeds zero while water runs out or heat exceeds safe limits, the reactor takes hull damage. At 0% integrity it melts down.
SCRAM: Removing the redstone signal from the Reactor Redstone Interface causes a SCRAM - control rods insert and the reaction stops.
