Add the Claude Code 2.1.263 clean install and uninstall smoke receipt and the Codex CLI 0.153.0 isolated install and remove receipts made on the exact 4.3.0 package, fill the four ledger cells, and rebind the security policy, changelog and support summary from the 4.2.0 receipts to them. Every other cell stays UNVERIFIED; no model session ran on 4.3.0. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
