fix: resolve Dependabot security alerts - #29

Bump transitive devDependencies (js-yaml, browserslist, @humanfs/node, brace-expansion, @babel/core, picomatch, flatted, minimatch) via npm audit fix, then upgrade mocha 11->12 and nyc 17->18 to clear the remaining diff/serialize-javascript/uuid advisories. npm audit now reports 0 vulnerabilities.
