Reason

Test standardizing admin-v2 on node 24 and pnpm 11.10.0. Update dependencies and CI/deployment workflows

Explanation

• Pin Node 24 and pnpm 11.10.0
• Use only pnpm-lock.yaml with frozen CI installs
• Update actions/checkout and actions/setup-node to v7
• Keep pnpm/action-setup on stable v6
• Pin Lighthouse CI to 0.15.1
• Update dependencies within compatible ranges
• Upgrade mathjs to 15.2.0 to resolve security advisories
• Add narrow transitive dependency overrides for patched versions (may remove later)
• Add pnpm supply-chain protections and explicit build-script allowlist
