Update: 91f9907 fixes the SDK result false positive by invoking the workspace compiler with bunx --no-install tsc. The Docker canary remains a real blocker: OMP 18.3 reports the nested child as canceled after it produced its successful completion output. No terminal-state remapping was applied without the underlying 18.3 protocol payload and correlation evidence.

Superseded by #198 for OMP 18.4.1. The SDK=failure portion here was a workflow false positive fixed by PR #200; the nested-subagent canary failure persisted in the newer release and remains tracked in #198.
