What

Approved teams see an "AI API Access" card at the top of their team dashboard with their gateway endpoint, API key, budget meter, and setup guide links.

Changes

  • src/components/TeamDashboard/GatewayKeyCard.js (new): endpoint + copy button, masked API key with reveal/copy, budget meter ("$X of $15 used"), model chips, Setup guide button plus Cursor/Claude Code/Python deep links into the gateway guide.
  • src/hooks/use-gateway-key.js (new): fetch states with retry.
  • src/lib/teamDashboardApi.js: fetchGatewayKey + isGatewayKeyNotProvisioned matcher.
  • Wired as the first card in the approved branch of TeamDashboard.js, right after the deadline strip. IN_REVIEW teams see nothing (no key exists before approval).

Notes

Approved teams get a prominent GatewayKeyCard as the first card on
their dashboard (after the deadline strip): endpoint + copy button,
masked API key with reveal/hide + copy, budget meter, model chips,
and setup guide links (guide + Cursor/Claude Code/Python deep links).

The card reads GET /api/team/<id>/gateway-key via a new
useGatewayKey hook and fetchGatewayKey API helper. IN_REVIEW teams
keep the limited dashboard and never see the card.
