Issue I2: Common Pitfalls Page #6

Description

@Ramdam17

Description:

Create a "Common Pitfalls" documentation page that warns users about frequent mistakes in hyperscanning analysis.

Context:
Even experienced users make mistakes with filtering, epoch alignment, and statistical interpretation. A pitfalls page can save hours of debugging.

Topics to cover:

  1. Filtering pitfalls
    • Filter order and edge effects
    • Filtering before vs. after epoching
  2. Epoch alignment
    • Time synchronization between participants
    • Different sampling rates
  3. Leakage and spurious synchrony
    • Volume conduction
    • Common reference effects
  4. Statistical pitfalls
    • Multiple comparisons
    • Circular analysis (double-dipping)
    • Interpreting surrogate tests
  5. Connectivity measure selection
    • When to use PLV vs. coherence vs. correlation

Acceptance Criteria:

  • At least 5 pitfalls documented
  • Each pitfall includes: description, why it's a problem, how to avoid it
  • Code examples where relevant
  • Links to relevant literature
