Records the follow-up contract and acceptance checklist for an agent to request a brief companion reaction through Loopdy Link, including Question, Smitten, Yes, Nope and the other authored effects.

The plan covers trusted session ownership, capability negotiation, expiry/deduplication, rate limits, honest delivery status and compatibility with the native app. Reactions cannot authorize actions or override real task/audio state.
