Releases on github vs pypi #234

Description

@anoteng

Hi, I'm maintaining the Debian package of Easygui, and sadly I have been falling behind on my packaging for some time. Decided to fix this now, as uscan reported a new upstream version 1.98.2. I started updating the package and noticed some python2 syntax in sphynx/conf.py, fixed this and was about to upstream the patch only to see it is already fixed in the source, but not included in the latest version on github. After some googling I noticed there is a newer release on pypi, 1.98.3 which includes the mentioned python3-fixes. Could you please also tag the version in github, so that I get the latest version into debian? I'm using this URI for uscan: https://github.com/robertlugg/easygui/tags
Also, I noticed the version number in sphinx/conf.py is outdated :-)
