docs: document ChatGPT subscription use through CLIProxyAPI

Built-in subscription OAuth is still unsupported, but a key-authenticated gateway such as CLIProxyAPI serving a ChatGPT subscription works (verified in daily use: GPT-6 Sol routed through CLIProxyAPI with non-fallback JevDecision events). Adds a Quick start note and adjusts the requirements, models, and troubleshooting wording.
