Add the reviewed source-only Python bot
Vector 1.0.0for CH-032's real 1v1 proof. Vector now aims and fires after a scan so the proof exercises non-zero score components. The update also keeps the version-history test focused on Orbit when unrelated active catalog entries exist.Verification
