This PR adds
--cache-location <path>for storing formatter cache data in a custom directory resolved from the current working directory.The custom directory is pruned during file discovery, while
--no-cachesilently ignores the option and leaves that directory discoverable. Custom cache directories are created without an automatic.gitignore.Related Links
