Archives the two changes squashed into main by #672 (
260912-zx5k-rk-json-envelope-tolerance,260912-bjrk-fab-seeds-operator-tick-entry): moves both folders underfab/changes/archive/2026/09/, updates the archive index, marks backlog row[bjrk]done, clears the active pointer. No code.
