Verified after jenkins-devsec-library#217: devsec build green, no leak-scan status posted (scan removed), gitleaks-scan still green and required, Elixir deps-test path intact. Closing. |

Verifies the DevSec pipeline behavior after jenkins-devsec-library#217: no leak-scan status should be posted by fresh pipeline runs; other scans unaffected; gitleaks-scan (the replacement) still required and green. Will be closed shortly.
