Linux ARM installation docs still directed users to temporary 0.8.0 CI artifacts and said the ARM SDKs had not shipped. Point the README, docs index and installation guides to the published 1.0.0 ARM64 and ARMv7 downloads, with checksum verification before extraction and the correct SDK paths.
Keep the ARM preview tier, pending physical Raspberry Pi qualification, userland/glibc requirements, ARMv7 pool-size limit and existing package-channel limits.
Validation: both public ARM archives match the published checksums and documented layout; checksum success, missing-record, wrong-digest and tampered-archive checks pass. Independent review, formatting, Clippy,
