Embeds a deterministic lab source identity, exposes it in status/report envelopes, and refuses compare/experiment verdicts when the running binary does not match the checkout. Includes a deliberately older 0.29 identity regression and the exact install/restart remedy.
Verified locally: 261 Rust tests, 87 Python tests, clippy
-D warnings,argus_ci.py all, and stale/refreshed CLI compare probes.
