Use an SVG for the gget overview diagram - #290

Philipp asked that we move the blog diagrams from raster to SVG so they can be themed for dark mode. The HoloViews post switched over in #289, so this does the same for the gget post. The webp is deleted rather than kept alongside, since the post was its only reference.
