…pt 7 Depfu bumped the scoped resolution for @dr.pogodin/eslint-configs/typescript from 6.0.3 to 7.0.2 together with the root typescript. TypeScript 7.0 ships no JS API, so typescript-eslint (peer typescript <6.1.0) throws "typescript-eslint does not support TS 7.0" as soon as the eslint-configs package is imported, which made `yarn lint` fail. Restore the scoped resolution to 6.0.3 so the typescript-eslint packages nest under eslint-configs and load TypeScript 6, while the root keeps 7.0.2 for `yarn typecheck` (native tsc works fine there).
